Lakelyn Lodge was designed as a nine-room, self-service boutique hotel set in a lake community in the northeastern Poconos. The goal was to create a “lake meets forest” experience that felt elevated and approachable, blending modern comfort with a sense of warmth and place. Each room needed to feel cohesive without being identical, offering guests variety while maintaining a consistent identity rooted in simple luxury, durability, and thoughtful design.
